For everyone who wants to escape everyday life and dive into a completely different world.
For bands, who feel like this became just a job, but without the fire which once burnt.
For musicians who want to take care of their mental health.
For (solo) artists who who feel lonely and want to feel their roots (again).
For bands or crews where something has been palpable for years, but has never really been spoken out loud.
For musicians who need a break with their families and/or crew, or just for themselves, away from venues and stages.
For everyone who wants to unplug for a moment to find their resonance again.
In our camps, you are not clients, guests, or acts. Here, you can be who you truly are and take a break from all the roles you carry.
We provide a framework where bands (with family and/or crew), or solo artists, can pause for a moment to connect with themselves.
To achieve this, we immerse ourselves in nature on our 3-hectare (7,4 acres) grounds for 3 to 8 days, free from outside distractions.
As a team comprising a psychotherapist, psychologist, trauma educator, wilderness trainer, de-escalation trainer, mentoring, supervision, and conflict resolution, we accompany you through a variety of dynamic processes.
We tailor the framework together:
Time Out & Focus: Shedding everyday roles, leaving tour life behind, and recharging in nature – whether with family and/or the crew.
Creativity and Process: We dedicate ourselves to deeper issues and get the creative process flowing (again).
Conflict Resolution & Dynamics: We take care of the invisible obstacles holding you back, the dynamics, the conflicts, or disagreements.
Flexibly aligned with your (tour) calendar: No matter what phase you are in – together we can design the perfect tour kickoff, celebrate a harmonious tour finale, or interrupt your routine for a restful interim break.
We are re:plug. unmute. We are Elisabeth and Florian and the team that has their back.
For a long time, Florian believed he had no music inside him. It took a dream by the campfire, an old Coyote Trail, and a deeper connection to nature to bring him back to the strings. In 2026, he received a scholarship with 5-time Grammy winner Victor Wooten. He has slept in igloos and danced with wolves. Elisabeth has camped with lions, can read nature like a book, and can build a fire in pouring rain.
The rest of the team knows music theory, can survive outdoors without a knife, has stage experience, or can cook over an open fire for 60 people.
What everyone has in common is a natural connection to nature—whether it is an intuitive approach to beat and rhythm, to music, to the forest and its animals, or to their own feelings and those of others.
With us, it’s not about perfection or sheet music. We want to bring back the magic—that magical feeling we all felt at the beginning, before the “musts” and “shoulds” took over.
For us, music is the language of the world. We are here to help you make your own story tangible again and give it expression.
We are just one message away.
